Position: Travel Registered Nurse CVOR | Pompano Beach, Florida

Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years CVOR RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Schedule/Hours
  • Day Shift: 1 RN, 1 Tech
  • Night Shift: n/a
  • Rotating weekends possible
  • On-call responsibilities are split, depending on staffing needs
Qualifications & Desired Experience
  • Active RN license with ACLS and BLS certifications
  • Minimum 2 years of recent acute OR experience
  • Proficiency in scrubbing, circulating, and all service lines
  • Experience with Impella, ECMO, Bypass pump, Laser (lead extraction), EVH, Rapid Transfuser
  • Ability to effectively chart in Meditech
  • Skill in all surgical specialties outside CVOR (robotics, ortho, spine, GYN) is highly desired
  • Exceptional multitasking, critical thinking, and bedside manner
Key Responsibilities
  • Scrubbing and circulating in all areas of the operating room
  • Assisting with procedures such as joint replacement, ENT, ortho, spine, urology, vascular, podiatry, thoracic, and plastic surgery
  • Assessing, observing, planning, intervening, and evaluating patient care
  • Maintaining detailed, accurate documentation and ensuring seamless care transitions
