About the Role
As an LPN in our Long‑Term Care and Rehab building, you will play a vital role in supporting residents with complex medical needs, rehabilitation goals, and ongoing chronic care. You'll work in a collaborative, team‑focused environment where clinical excellence and person‑centered care are at the heart of everything we do.
Our community is designed to provide a supportive, healing atmosphere that empowers residents to achieve their highest level of independence and well‑being.
What We're Looking For
* A passion for caring for elders and individuals with long‑term or rehabilitative needs
* A strong sense of teamwork and collaboration
* Experience in long‑term care, short‑term rehab, skilled nursing, assisted living, or a healthcare facility
* Valid Florida LPN license
* Current CPR certification
* IV certification preferred
Additional Requirements
