As a CNA, your work matters.

In this role, you will:

* Provide exceptional, personalized care and support with activities of daily living

* Create meaningful connections with residents living with dementia and cognitive decline

* Help maintain a calm, engaging, and safe environment

* Encourage socialization, dignity, independence, and purposeful engagement

* Support residents and families with compassion, patience, and understanding

To be successful in this role, you must have:

* Current C.N.A certification

* Previous Memory Care or Dementia Care experience REQUIRED

* Experience working in senior living, assisted living, or long-term care preferred

* A compassionate, patient, and team-oriented approach

* High school diploma or equivalent
