LPN; Licensed Practical Nurse

Full‑time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position in a Skilled Nursing facility. We look for a motivated LPN who is passionate about caring for the geriatric population, holds an active NY license, can evaluate and treat residents independently, and desires to perform functional therapeutic activities to improve residents’ wellbeing. The role offers daily pay and is hiring immediately.

• Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit.
• Medication administration, including IVs.
• Taking and recording vital signs.
• Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcomes.
• Provide resident and family education.
• Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
• Supervising CNAs.
• Shifts available:
  Day, Evening, Night.

• Current LPN license in the state of NY.
• Ability to evaluate and treat residents independently.
• Desire to perform functional therapeutic activities.

Salary:
Up to $40 an hour.
