What You'll Do

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you'll provide exceptional, person-centered care by:

* Assisting residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and other activities of daily living

* Building meaningful relationships while promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life

* Providing compassionate support to residents living with memory loss and cognitive impairment

* Observing and reporting changes in residents' physical or emotional well-being

* Encouraging participation in daily routines, activities, and social engagement

* Working closely with nurses and fellow caregivers to deliver outstanding resident care

* Creating a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for residents and their families

Qualifications

We're looking for dependable, compassionate professionals who are committed to providing exceptional care.

Requirements:

* Current Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in good standing

* High School Diploma or GED

* Previous experience as a CNA in senior living, assisted living, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, home health, or memory care

* Memory Care or dementia care experience is strongly preferred

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills

* A compassionate, patient, resident-first approach to care
