Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Long-Term Care & Rehab
John Knox Village is seeking compassionate and dedicated Full Time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Long-Term Care and Rehab communities. This is a meaningful opportunity to support elders in a warm, home-like environment while delivering exceptional, person-centered care.
John Knox Village is a not-for-profit Life Plan Retirement Community offering independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing care to more than 1,000 residents. Our scenic 70-acre campus in Pompano Beach is conveniently located near major highways and transportation options.
As a CNA at John Knox Village, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily living needs, comfort, and well-being of the elders who call our community home. You'll work closely with nurses and care partners to ensure each resident receives high-quality care rooted in dignity, respect, and genuine connection.
Our care model emphasizes teamwork, strong personal relationships, and creating a supportive environment where elders can thrive.
What We're Looking For:
- A passion for working with elders and enhancing their quality of life
- A team-oriented, collaborative mindset
- Previous experience in long-term care, short-term rehab, skilled nursing, assisted living, or a healthcare facility preferred
- Active Florida CNA certification
- Current CPR certification
