Travel RN – Cardiac Cath Lab / EP

Margate, FL | Acute Care

Contract | 13 Weeks | Days | Four 10-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

• Provide direct patient care in a Cardiac Cath Lab and Electrophysiology (EP) Lab environment with a 1:1 patient ratio
• Must be able and willing to scrub all procedures performed in the EP/Cath Lab setting
• Perform and assist with procedures including pacemaker implantation (all types), ablations (all types), Watchman, and Cryoablation
• Operate and utilize lab equipment including GE and ESI systems; document using Meditech and Mac Lab
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including RNs, RCIS, RT, CVT, and clinical coordinators across 2 Cath Labs and 1 EP Lab

• Active RN license valid in the state of Florida (or compact eligibility)
• Current ACLS certification required
• EKG training required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab or Electrophysiology setting
• Previous experience scrubbing all EP procedures in an acute care setting

• Previous travel nursing experience
• Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced, high-acuity lab environment
• Ability to function independently with minimal orientation

• Work in a well-equipped EP/Cath Lab facility with scrubs provided on-site through Scrub Ex
• Gain experience in a high-volume, specialized cardiac unit performing a wide range of advanced procedures
