Director of Nursing; DON

A skilled nursing facility in the Pompano Beach area is hiring a Director of Nursing to take ownership of the nursing department and help ensure consistent, high-quality resident care. We're looking for an RN leader who knows skilled nursing and can confidently manage both people and clinical priorities.

$120,000–$150,000 annually, depending on experience

• Direct the overall nursing department and clinical services

• Set expectations for nursing staff and hold the team accountable

• Evaluate clinical practices, outcomes, and areas for improvement

• Guide staff development, training, and performance

• Work alongside facility leadership to resolve clinical and operational challenges

• Ensure adherence to Florida, state, and federal nursing regulations

• Active Florida RN license

• At least 2 years of skilled nursing leadership experience

• Previous DON or ADON experience preferred

• BSN preferred

• Current CPR certification

• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities

• $120K–$150K salary DOE
