John Knox Village is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Assisted Living team. This is a meaningful opportunity to support elders in a warm, person-centered environment where teamwork, respect, and high-quality care are at the heart of everything we do.

John Knox Village is a not-for-profit Life Plan Retirement Community offering independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing care to more than 1,000 residents. Our scenic 70-acre campus in Pompano Beach is conveniently located near major highways and transportation options.

As a CNA in Assisted Living, you will provide daily care, support, and meaningful engagement to residents while helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and home-like environment. You'll work closely with a strong, collaborative team and enjoy excellent staff-to-resident ratios that allow you to truly connect with the elders you serve. This role is ideal for someone who values dignity, compassion, and relationship-based care.

• Current CNA license in the State of Florida
• 1+ years of experience in a long-term care or rehab environment
• Current BLS certification
• Passion for working with elders and enhancing their quality of life
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Provide daily care and assistance to residents in accordance with care plans
• Support meaningful life engagement and social interaction
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
• Uphold the values of dignity, respect, and person-centered care
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture
• Perform other duties as assigned
