The Groundskeeper maintains the landscaping of the resort and provides a safe, clean environment for guests and owners.

• Responsibilities listed may not apply to all locations
• Maintains the landscaping of the resort
• Maintains lawns, trees, shrubs, flowers, turf, and irrigation including trimming, fertilizing, etc.
• Operates and maintains hand tools efficiently
• Keeps grounds free from trash, litter, debris
• Empties all trash receptacles
• Conducts basic irrigation audits and performs basic irrigation repairs
• Removes snow using shovel or snowblower
• Assists with any maintenance task as needed
• All other duties as requested

• High School Diploma/GED
• Minimum of 1‑year groundskeeping experience or related field
• Valid Driver’s license
• Proficient in using manual and power hand tools
• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and follows laws and regulations
