Compensation

• Hourly Wage: $33 - $41 per hour. (Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.)
• Additional Compensation: Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives. Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Employment type: Part-Time.
Available shifts: Mid-Shift, Closing.
Location: Walmart Supercenter #5325, 5555 W Atlantic Blvd, Margate, FL 33063, US.

Vision associates focus on supporting customers in the eye care center. They assist with verifying prescription information, aiding in customer's purchasing decisions, and completing lens and eyewear orders. Responsibilities may vary based on state regulations and licensing.
