Meta Sales Specialist

Job Overview

Part‑time Sales Specialist – Meta products. Pay $20 per hour. Work 20 hours per week Friday to Sunday:
Friday 4:00‑8:00 pm, Saturday & Sunday 11:00‑7:00 pm. Additional shifts in November/December. Eligible for next‑day pay via Daily Pay.

Suggest Meta AR/VR products to retail shoppers. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking product information, ensuring an interactive, informative, and enjoyable experience. Train retail associates on new AI apps and tools.

• Showcase Meta AR/VR headsets, accessories, and related products.
• Engage shoppers and demonstrate device capabilities in fitness, gaming, entertainment, and other use cases.
• Build trust by understanding customer needs and confidently recommending appropriate products.
• Maintain clean, organized displays and ensure promotional materials are up to date.
• Track customer interactions, feedback, and sales electronically; submit daily reports via mobile device.
• Collaborate with retail sales associates and leaders, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Adhere to all operational policies and represent Meta and 2020 Companies professionally.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum six months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing (preferred).
• Interest in AV and VR products.
• Ability to engage, demonstrate, and close sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Availability to work weekends and up to three weekday shifts.
• Own smartphone with iOS 11+ or Android Samsung S25 (or equivalent).
• Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, lift up to 20lbs occasionally.
• Reliable transportation to arrive on time.
