As a Flower Merchandiser, you will have a direct impact on every store you visit, ensuring that our flowers are perfectly displayed to delight every shopper.

At Falcon Farms, we value quality, commitment, and our team. We will provide you with all the tools you need, including a planned route, to ensure success on every visit.

• Pay: $16.00 per hour.
• Schedule:
  
  Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM and Saturday from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM.
• Paid training to become an expert in flower handling.
• Mobile phone allowance to stay connected.
• Transportation expense reimbursement per route.

• Daily Commitment:
  Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use mobile device to communicate with supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• Support during festive seasons:
  Ensure each store is prepared for demand during Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas.
• Participate in department resets:
  Set up new displays and adjust inventory when necessary.
• Work independently but support teammates with special activities when needed.

• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above shoulders.
• Walk and stand for most of the shift.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).
