Surface Experts is hiring an entry-level, field-based sales representative to help grow our presence with apartment communities, hotels, assisted living facilities, and residential builders. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys being out in the field, meeting people in person, and building relationships. You do not need formal sales experience, but you do need to be comfortable spending most of your day on the road and walking into commercial properties.

This is an outside, field-based role and you will not be sitting behind a desk.

• Visit apartment communities, hotels, and job sites throughout the day
• Meet with property managers, leasing teams, maintenance supervisors, and facilities staff
• Walk units and common areas to identify surface repair opportunities
• Introduce Surface Experts services and book repair work
• Manage your daily route and schedule independently
• Log activity, notes, and follow-ups in our system
• Typical days include 10–15 on-site visits

• Leasing and property management teams
• Hotel chief engineers and facilities teams
• Assisted and senior living communities
• Residential builders and construction project managers

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, property management or leasing, facilities/maintenance, or construction support roles
• Entry-level sales or business development experience is acceptable

If you enjoy talking with people, asking questions, and being out of the office most of the day, you’ll do well here.
