Plumbing Sales Representative

Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Plumbing Sales Representative to sell services leads, provide customer consultations, and close plumbing service and installation jobs. This role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to build trust with customers while driving company revenue.

• Meet with residential and/or commercial customers to assess plumbing needs
• Present plumbing solutions and recommend repairs, replacements, and upgrades
• Prepare accurate estimates and pricing proposals
• Close sales and secure signed agreements
• Coordinate with dispatch and technicians to schedule jobs
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain detailed customer records in House call Pros
• Upsell maintenance plans and additional services
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
• Represent company professionally and ethically

• Previous plumbing sales, home services sales, or construction sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to explain technical information in simple terms
• Customer-focused mindset
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends if required
• Basic computer and mobile app proficiency

• Knowledge of plumbing systems and products
• In-home sales experience
• Experience using CRM system
• Strong closing ability
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Job Type:
Full-time

Pay: $70k – $200k (10% Commission only)
