Your responsibilities:

• Building Relationships: Create lifelong connections with internal and external customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. Your goal is to create “Customers for Life” by delivering excellent service every time.
• Managing Your Service Route: Responsible for the daily operations of your Universal Service Route, using strong time‑management skills to stay on track and complete all necessary tasks.
  • Perform residential pest control, mosquito services, and termite inspections.
  • Monitor termite bait systems to ensure they’re functioning properly.
  • Problem‑solve customer accounts to address current and future needs.
  • Provide consistent communication with customers to keep them informed and satisfied.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including customer service, sales, and fellow service professionals, to ensure an outstanding experience for each customer.
  • Apply pest control products in accordance with label standards and safety guidelines.
• Safety First: Maintain a safety‑first mindset, especially when operating company equipment or driving your company vehicle. Your commitment to safety helps ensure the protection of both yourself and the people you serve.
