We are looking to hire accomplished inside sales / marketing representatives to make real connections with clients that are requesting an estimate on their move. We need focused individuals that have a highly successful track record of selling and thriving in a high‑energy, stress‑free environment.

• Create new sales by providing product knowledge in a timely manner.
• Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products/services needed.
• Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability or specifications.
• Accurately process customer quotes and book dates.
• Follow up with proper paperwork needed to complete the transaction.
• Provide accurate information regarding availability.
• Increase sales and average order size by means of up‑selling, add‑on sales and offering extra services.
• Contact customers after sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any complaint.
• Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the distribution team.
• Maintain proficiency in using personal computer, data entry terminal and common office equipment and software.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Present a professional image at all times to customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in phone‑based sales.
• Excellent grammar.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize, multi‑task and follow up.
• Effective working in an open team environment.
• Highly self‑motivated and deal oriented with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Outbound calling to generate qualified sales leads and opportunities.
• Assisting management with prospect follow‑up and other sales activities as needed.
• Responding to leads and determining possible opportunities.
• Following up and converting leads to new accounts.
• Understanding industry trends, issues and competitors.
• Reporting sales and lead generation activity.
• Professional Call Center Experience Preferred.

Salary: $48,601.00 – $ per year

Expected hours: 40 per week

Shift: Day shift

Weekly day range:
Every weekend, Monday to Friday

Must be able to relocate to Pompano Beach, FL 33069 prior to starting work (Required).
