About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Sales Representative to drive our sports court construction and resurfacing business throughout Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. The ideal candidate must have hands‑on knowledge and sales experience specific to tennis, pickleball, basketball, and padel courts.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Sales: Generate leads, meet with prospective clients, and close contracts for new court construction and court resurfacing projects.
- Client Consultations: Travel throughout Miami-Dade and Broward County to meet with homeowners, HOAs, country clubs, and municipal clients.
- Estimating & Quoting: Assess sites and provide accurate pricing for tennis, pickleball, basketball, and padel court projects, including surfacing, fencing, lighting, and accessories.
- Project Liaison: Act as the main point of contact between the client and our construction crews from the initial sale through project completion.
- Market Expansion: Proactively hunt for new business opportunities in the rapidly growing racket sports and basketball markets.
- Industry Knowledge: Must have a strong understanding of the materials, dimensions, and construction/resurfacing processes for tennis, pickleball, basketball, and padel courts.

Experience:
Proven track record in outside sales, preferably in construction, landscaping, or sports facilities. - Technical
Skills:
Must be 100% computer literate and highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Box, Quick Books, and Net Suite. - Local Presence: Must reside in or have easy access to Miami-Dade and Broward Counties.
- Mobility: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel daily within the territory.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and time‑management skills.

- Paid Time Off (PTO):
Years 1-4:
Two weeks (10 days);
Years 5+:
Three weeks (15 days). - 8 paid company holidays (New Year's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving + Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas).
