We’re hiring motivated, outgoing individuals to grow our commercial pest control and termite business. Whether you have sales experience or just the drive to succeed—we’ll train you.
What You’ll Get- Base salary + guaranteed income + uncapped commission
- Average earnings: $65,064
- Top 17% earn: $90,000+
- Company vehicle, iPad, and cellphone
- Paid training and ongoing development
- Incentives, bonuses, and President’s Club trips
- Prospect and develop new commercial accounts in your territory
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline
- Conduct property inspections (interior/exterior)
- Identify customer needs and present solutions
- Close new business and build long‑term relationships
- Self‑motivated and driven to earn
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing a territory
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting properties
- Sales experience is a plus—but not required
