Pompano Beach, FL | $55K - $60K Base + Uncapped Commission (First year OTE $90K - $100K)

We’ve partnered with a growing, industry‑leading service company looking to add a driven Outside Sales Representative to their Miami team. This is a true territory‑based B2B sales role where you’ll be building relationships with local businesses and selling a recurring service — not a one‑time transaction.

If you come from uniform services, food distribution, or route‑based sales, this is a strong fit.

• Prospect and win new business within your territory
• Manage the full sales cycle from first call to close
• Build long‑term relationships with commercial clients
• Track activity, pipeline, and weekly performance
• Work cross‑functionally to ensure strong service delivery

• 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience
• Strong prospecting and closing ability
• Experience managing a territory
• Competitive, self‑driven mindset
• Reliable transportation (local travel only)

• Base + Uncapped commission (most reps earn $90K–$100K+ year one)
• Mileage reimbursement
• No overnight travel
