- Follow up with clients
- Conduct roof inspections and provide tailored solutions (must be physically able to climb roofs and lift to 50 lbs — training provided)
- Present estimates and help homeowners make informed decisions
- Guide clients from first contact through project completion while maintaining strong relationships
- Generate and manage leads, including canvassing and consistent follow‑ups
- Maintain accurate documentation using tools like Company Cam and Job Nimbus (CRM)
- Collaborate with a supportive team, participate in regular meetings, and contribute to shared goals
- Consistently report results and sales activity
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional, reliable, and self‑motivated
- Focused on excellence and delivering results
- Willingness to learn, grow, and be the best at what you do
- Clean and valid U.S. driver’s license
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Available full‑time (Monday–Friday, plus Saturdays as needed)
- English required;
Spanish is a plus - Drug‑free and able to pass a background check
- Base salary + High commission structure (top earners make $80K–$200K+)
- Weekly pay + monthly commissions
