GC Supply is looking for a driven, dependable, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our growing team in Pompano Beach.

We serve homeowners, contractors, remodelers, installers, designers, and builders with a wide range of products, including flooring, cabinets, doors, moldings, trim, hardware, and other building materials. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, learning products, staying organized, and helping customers complete real projects successfully.

We are looking for someone energetic, professional, and ready to grow in a fast-paced sales environment.

• Greet customers and provide a friendly, professional sales experience
• Help customers select the right products for their project needs and budget
• Answer questions about flooring, cabinets, doors, moldings, trim, hardware, and related materials
• Prepare quotes, sales orders, invoices, and payment transactions accurately
• Enter and maintain customer and order information in our system
• Handle inbound calls and assist walk-in customers with professionalism
• Follow up on open quotes, customer questions, pending orders, and sales opportunities
• Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business
• Coordinate with team members to help ensure smooth order flow and customer satisfaction
• Keep the showroom, sales floor, and front counter clean, organized, and presentable
• Represent GC Supply with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude

• Friendly, reliable, and professional
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Sales, retail, showroom, or building materials experience
• Knowledge of flooring, cabinets, doors, moldings, trim, or related products is a strong plus
• Comfortable learning and using internal systems such as Odoo
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Bilingual is a plus
