Key compensation: 1st year average earnings $50K-$60K (n/a $20/hour with weekly lead commissions).

• Promote flooring solutions at a warehouse retail location.
• Showcase interactive flooring solutions and demonstrate communication skills.
• Schedule in‑home consultations for residential customers.
• Educate customers about flooring options and benefits.
• Accurately document and report activities; share best practices.
• Collect customer feedback and provide insights and recommendations.
• Present information about flooring benefits and services compellingly.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment‑setting targets.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 12+ months prior retail sales experience in home improvement or related field (flooring sales preferred).
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including days, weekends, and holidays.
• Warm, self‑motivated, outgoing, and enthusiastic demeanor.
• Ability to stage a consultative selling process, overcome objections, and connect with customer needs.
• Capacity to work independently in an unstructured environment.
• Reliable transportation and personal cellphone with a working number for role‑related communication.
• Proficiency with technology (computers, smartphones, digital tools).
