$74,000 - $120,000+ annually based on performance, experience, production, and bonuses. Top performers have the opportunity to earn substantially more.

• Energetic, confident, and highly motivated individuals
• Strong communication skills in person, online, and on camera
• Comfortable engaging customers through digital platforms and social media
• Coachable, disciplined, and goal-oriented
• Sales experience is a plus but not required
• Serious about performance, accountability, and long-term growth

• All new hires must attend and complete 100% of required training
• Full attendance is mandatory
• No late arrivals, early departures, or missed sessions
• Failure to complete training in full will result in immediate disqualification
• Training is paid, professional, and performance-focused

• Sell vehicles, products, and services in person and online
• Handle internet leads, follow-ups, and customer communications
• Create short-form video and social media content daily
• Post approved content to designated social media platforms
• Represent the dealership professionally at all times
• Follow all established sales, marketing, and engagement processes

• Any video, photo, digital media, or online content created during employment or connected to job duties shall remain the sole property of the employer and affiliated partners
• Content may be used for advertising, marketing, training, recruiting, and promotional purposes
• Ownership or usage rights of company-created content may not be contested
• Policies comply with all applicable state and federal employment laws

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Willingness to appear on camera and create digital content
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule

• Interviews are conducted virtually
• Applicants must schedule interview times in advance
• Missed interviews or meetings will not be rescheduled
