Responsibilities
  • Respect – Valuing the rights, traditions, and feelings of others
  • This role involves developing opportunities through lead generation, inbound inquiries, and industry partnerships, with a strong focus on building long‑term relationships across commercial, enterprise, and channel clients
  • Represent and sell technology‑forward gear and SaaS solutions used in surveillance, security systems, access control, AV integration, and remote monitoring
  • Manage inbound leads, respond to client inquiries, and consistently conduct daily outbound prospecting calls
  • Maintain expert knowledge of company products, with a focus on SaaS‑enhanced devices, cloud‑integrated platforms, and AV/security gear
  • Communicate professionally across multiple channels (phone, email, live chat, in‑person) to nurture client relationships
  • Consistently meets or exceeds daily high call volume/metrics
  • Use CRM (Hub Spot, or similar) to accurately document client interactions, track sales stages, and manage pipeline activity
  • Collaborate with internal teams to follow up on quotes, schedule demos, and support the full sales cycle
