- This role involves developing opportunities through lead generation, inbound inquiries, and industry partnerships, with a strong focus on building long‑term relationships across commercial, enterprise, and channel clients
- Represent and sell technology‑forward gear and SaaS solutions used in surveillance, security systems, access control, AV integration, and remote monitoring
- Manage inbound leads, respond to client inquiries, and consistently conduct daily outbound prospecting calls
- Maintain expert knowledge of company products, with a focus on SaaS‑enhanced devices, cloud‑integrated platforms, and AV/security gear
- Communicate professionally across multiple channels (phone, email, live chat, in‑person) to nurture client relationships
