Overview
Join IC Realtime as a National Sales Executive. A results-driven role to grow our client base and revenue within the security, surveillance, and audio-visual (AV) industries. The ideal candidate will have a background in B2B sales and experience selling SaaS-based gear, platforms, or software-enhanced AV/security solutions. SaaS sales or experience with cloud-connected gear/software in the security or AV space is a strong plus.
Responsibilities and qualifications listed below reflect the expectations for this role. The salary range listed includes a competitive base and uncapped commission potential, and earnings will grow as you establish and expand your book of business.
Responsibilities- Represent and sell technology-forward gear and SaaS solutions used in surveillance, security systems, access control, AV integration, and remote monitoring
- Manage inbound leads, respond to client inquiries, and consistently conduct daily outbound prospecting calls
- Maintain expert knowledge of company products, with a focus on SaaS-enhanced devices, cloud-integrated platforms, and AV/security gear
- Communicate professionally across multiple channels (phone, email, live chat, in-person) to nurture client relationships
- Consistently meet or exceed daily high call volume/metrics
- Use CRM (Hub Spot, or similar) to document client interactions, track sales stages, and manage pipeline activity
- Collaborate with internal teams to follow up on quotes, schedule demos, and support the full sales cycle
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to increase visibility and generate leads
- Continuously grow industry knowledge in SaaS applications in physical security, AV control systems, cloud-based video storage, and remote device management
- Uphold company policies and values while delivering an outstanding client experience
- Identify market trends and customer feedback to inform future sales strategies and product alignment
- 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in security systems, AV integration, or technology gear distribution
- Experience or familiarity with selling SaaS platforms, cloud-based tools, or software-enabled gear is strongly preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Prior experience selling into low-voltage integrators, security dealers, IT consultants, or AV resellers is a plus
- Proficient with CRM systems such as Hub Spot
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and modern collaboration tools
- Ability to travel to industry trade shows or client locations as needed
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and a drive to exceed revenue goals
- Salary: $52,302.00 - $ per year
