What You Will DoYou’ll demonstrate the value of innovative security and smart home solutions, explaining products in depth and recommending the right solutions to customers. You will work in a collaborative environment and visit customers at their homes to provide solutions.
- Listen and build trust by showing integrity, empathy, and expertise.
- Customize each system to fit the client’s space, lifestyle, and concerns.
- Conduct post‑installation follow‑ups to confirm commitments and generate referrals.
- Identify and generate new sales leads to maximize outreach.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Willingness to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
- Valid driver’s licence and clean driving record required; additional licensing may be needed based on location.
- Comfortable using technology to stay organized, efficient, and accountable in a fast‑paced sales environment.
- Self‑motivated and results‑driven with an entrepreneurial mindset; you thrive on uncovering new leads and closing deals.
- Strong communicator and natural relationship builder, able to consult with customers and guide them to the right solution.
- Adaptable and flexible; you excel in dynamic environments and enjoy learning new systems and approaches.
- Consumer sales experience is preferred but not required.
Unlimited earning potential with uncapped commissions. New sales advisors can expect to earn around $95,000, and experienced advisors can earn over $150,000. For the first eight weeks of training, you’ll earn up to $4,000.
