Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and customer-focused Office Assistant & Sales Representative to join our team. This individual will be responsible for assisting with daily office operations while actively generating sales, following up with leads, and providing exceptional customer service to clients.
ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming calls, emails, and text messages professionally.
Schedule appointments and maintain company calendars.
Manage client files and ensure records are organized and up to date.
Assist with data entry and document preparation.
Support management with administrative tasks and special projects.
Maintain office supplies and ensure the office remains organized.
Coordinate client onboarding and document collection.
Sales & Customer ServiceFollow up with leads generated through social media, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
Conduct sales consultations and explain company services.
Convert prospects into paying clients.
Maintain regular communication with existing clients.
Meet monthly sales goals and performance targets.
Promote company services through phone calls, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
Assist with company events, workshops, and networking opportunities.
QualificationsHigh school diploma required; college degree preferred.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or office administration preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual candidates (English, Haitian Creole, French, or Spanish) are highly encouraged to apply.
