About the Role

The Auto Nation Experienced Sales Associate is responsible for selling new and used vehicles while meeting gross profit, customer satisfaction, and volume standards expected by America’s Largest Automotive Retailer.

• Sell vehicles and services to customers, achieving gross profit and volume targets.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience, building trust and satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed established automotive sales and customer service goals.
• Follow up consistently with customers to nurture relationships and close sales.
• Use Auto Nation’s best‑in‑class CRM and equity mining tools to find the best match for each customer.

• At least one year of automotive sales experience.
• Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales and customer service targets.
• Excellent communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong desire to help people and exceed expectations.
• Valid in‑state driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
