Greentech Renewables’ Management Training program is tailored to sales-minded candidates seeking management positions in the growing solar industry. Management Trainees learn every aspect of the business, eventually supervising a multi-million-dollar location upon program completion.

On-the-job training lasts approximately 18‑24 months and includes rotations in warehouse, counter sales, accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial statements, purchasing, account management, project management, inventory management, and business development. Trainees attend multiple sessions focused on solar products, sales, and management, and there is online training related to solar PV and sales.

Prior industry experience is not required. Ideal candidates possess outstanding communication skills, are geographically flexible, and thrive in an energetic, multi-faceted industry.

Training Manager

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Bachelor’s Degree (related experience may be considered)
• Current, valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
• Ability and willingness to relocate during and upon completion of the program

Conditions vary based on the trainee’s current segment and include warehouse, office, and external environments. Activities may involve lifting, sorting, standing, and exposure to extreme heat or cold. Office segments may involve extended periods of sitting. Some travel (by car and by air) may be required.
