We are seeking a driven, outgoing, and ambitious Sales Representative that has experience in selling telecom systems to join our company. Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Conduct data mining and cold calling to identify and reach potential customers.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting under the guidance of our team.
- Customer Engagement
- Communicate effectively with potential customers to promote our services and understand their needs.
- Develop relationships with existing clients to uncover new opportunities.
- Marketing & Reporting
- Collaborate on marketing campaigns using our CRM system to drive engagement.
- Prepare reports and other documentation to track sales activities and progress.

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5-10 years of increasing experience in field sales of public safety and/or distributed antenna systems. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to develop individual account strategies to effectively penetrate accounts.
Education and Experience
Required:
- Experience in DAS / ERRCS or similar sales.
- Must show some metrics in your previous ability to achieve quota results
