Sales Advisors! LUXURY AUTOMOTIVE SALES EXPERIENCE NECESSARY.

Compensation:

Average annual earnings range from $75,000 to $150,000+, with unlimited potential based on performance.*

Responsibilities and

Qualifications:

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required
• Professional demeanor with a confident attitude
• Strong communication skills via phone, text and email
• Ability to manage time effectively and make at least 25 calls per day
• Organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to listen actively and deliver a superior customer experience
• Strong follow-up and accurate record-keeping skills
• Ability to think quickly and adapt in as fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement
• Call center experience is a plus, but not required
• Interest in PEOPLE
• Availability to work Saturdays and some Sundays
