Tiles of Pompano, Inc. is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Showroom Sales Assistant to support our sales team and assist with daily showroom operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, has strong organizational skills, and can help keep the showroom running efficiently. You will assist customers when needed, support sales staff, process paperwork, and help maintain a professional showroom environment.

• Support the sales team with daily administrative and showroom tasks
• Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate salesperson
• Assist customers with basic product questions and sample selections
• Answer phones and route calls appropriately
• Process invoices, payments, and customer information using Quick Books
• Prepare and organize paperwork, filing, and sales documents
• Put away product samples and maintain sample displays
• Assist with order entry and quote preparation
• Help keep the showroom clean, organized, and presentable
• Track and organize incoming product literature and displays
• Provide general office support as needed

• Previous administrative, showroom, customer service, or sales support experience preferred
• Knowledge of Quick Books required
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Comfortable handling cash, payments, and basic bookkeeping tasks
• Strong math skills and attention to detail
• Proficient with computers and standard office software
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

This position is less focused on direct sales and more focused on assisting customers, supporting sales staff, processing paperwork, and ensuring the showroom operates smoothly.
