Strategic Operations Support

We are a nationally recognized, fast paced private investigations agency who is seeking a highly organized and detailed investigative professional for an in office position.

This position plays an active role in ongoing investigations and requires someone who can think critically, handle sensitive information with discretion, and adapt quickly to changing priorities. This is not a traditional office role. All office staff are cross trained, and directly support investigative operations.

• Conduct background investigations and in depth online in public record search.
• Analyze data, records, data, and investigated findings with accuracy and attention to detail
• Answer phones, professionally and communicate clearly with clients, attorneys, and investigators.
• maintain strict confidentiality, and handle sensitive information appropriately.
• Support investigators and management with time sensitive assignments.
• Perform multiple functions within the office as part of cross training
• Work occasional evenings or weekends when case needs require it.

• Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow through.
• Ability to think on your feet and manage competing priorities
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
• Strong communication skills and efficient, accurate typing.
• Strong ability to take direction and execute tasks accordingly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including One Drive

• Legal background, political science, criminal justice, related field.
• We value candidates with experience in legal, investigative, or enforcement focused roles.
• experience with background, investigations, analytics, or research platforms.

• Ability to pass a full background check
