We are seeking a caring and friendly Security Officer at John Knox Village, a leading healthcare and life plan community located in Pompano Beach.
In this role, the selected candidate will greet Residents, Employees, and Visitors in a warm, welcoming manner while guarding the entrance gates of the Village. This involves opening the gate to allow entrance or exit of Residents, Employees, and Vendors while checking credentials or approved roster before admitting entrance.
Responsibilities- Greet residents, employees, and visitors warmly.
- Guard entrance gates and open them for authorized individuals.
- Check credentials or approved roster before admission.
- Perform additional duties and job requirements explained at the time of hire.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 2 years of Security and Hospitality experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong attention to detail and note‑taking skills.
- Ability to sit, stand, and patrol for long periods of time.
