Provide customer service by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a busy logistics and distribution location;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, process visitors and/or vendors, and document arrivals, departures, and other access-related activity;
Respond to incidents, delivery issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site protocols;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, including the perimeter, gates, parking areas, and shipping and receiving zones;
Help to deter unauthorized access, trespassing, and/or disruption by maintaining awareness of facility activity and reporting suspicious, unusual, and/or policy-related concerns
