We are seeking a dedicated Plumbing Service Technician with a passion for delivering exceptional plumbing services. The ideal candidate is a skilled plumber who enjoys working with tools and has extensive knowledge of plumbing systems, with the desire to drive their own commissions through sales.

• Respond to residential plumbing service calls
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing systems (especially older construction)
• Perform installations, repairs, and system upgrades
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about solutions and pricing
• Use Service Titan for job documentation
• 40–60 hours per week
• On‑call rotation (currently 1 shift every 7 weeks)
• Participate in ongoing sales and product training
• Deliver 5‑star service every time

• 3–5+ years of plumbing service experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Experience working on older plumbing systems
• Knowledge of Florida plumbing codes
• Service Titan experience (preferred)
• Sales confidence and commission‑based pay experience
• Valid driver’s license (must qualify for company insurance)
• Professional communication skills

• $31.25/hour + 6% of sales

The compensation for this position is expected to be $31.25 per hour plus 6% of sales. This is a good‑faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed.
