We offer comprehensive training, a company vehicle, a company cell phone, and an hourly pay rate of $18. The position covers the Broward & Pompano area.

Create lifelong connections with internal and external customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

Managing Your Service Route
:
Use time‑management skills to stay on track and complete all daily tasks.

• Perform residential pest control, mosquito services, and termite inspections.
• Monitor termite bait systems.
• Problem‑solve customer accounts.
• Provide consistent communication with customers.
• Work closely with internal teams (customer service, sales, and fellow professionals).
• Apply pest control products in accordance with label standards and safety guidelines.

Safety First
:
Maintain a safety‑first mindset, especially when operating company equipment or driving the company vehicle.

• Adhere to the NORTHWEST WAY, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer care.
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing our values and image with every customer interaction.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work independently and manage route‑based assignments.
• 1–2 years pest experience preferred.

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Work in all types of weather conditions.
