Job Summary

We are one of South Florida's top-rated handyman, repair, and remodeling companies located throughout Broward County. We are seeking highly motivated professional craftsmen with skills in multiple trades.

• Work Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, with no weekend work.
• Maintain a positive work environment and collaborate with teammates.
• Provide high-quality workmanship in plumbing, carpentry, tile installation, and electrical work.
• Use appropriate tools and vehicle; vehicle and tool allowances are provided.
• Troubleshoot problems quickly, examine situations, and resolve them in a prompt and professional manner.
• Communicate effectively with management, office personnel, fellow employees, homeowners, suppliers, property managers, and commercial customers.
• Appear presentable with a clean-cut appearance, a decent vehicle, and organized tools.
• Identify potential repair or improvement opportunities on a property and communicate them to the customer to earn confidence and suggest additional work.
• Work independently, manage own job sites, and show punctuality, efficiency, integrity, and dedication to top customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate the ability and willingness to exceed customers' expectations.

• Strong will to complete all tasks assigned in a timely, professional manner.
• Independent thinker with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, tile, and electrical trades.
• Understanding of which tools are required for specific tasks.
• Ability to maintain a presentable appearance, organized tools, and a vehicle.
• Experience in building customer confidence, identifying additional work, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
