HVAC Lead Installation Technician

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, an affiliate of Authority Brands, is the premier heating and cooling specialist in the Pompano Beach area. We are looking for experienced HVAC Lead Installation Technicians to be responsible for installing residential HVAC equipment and accessories to meet all code requirements, overseeing Installation Apprentices, and providing our customers with exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities:

* Install HVAC equipment and accessories.

* Design, fabricate, and install ducts and duct fittings.

* Perform start-ups on heating and cooling systems.

* Perform limited diagnostics.

* Accurately complete installation forms.

* Perform before and after walkthroughs of the entire home with customers.

* Effectively communicate the scope of the job to customers and address their questions and concerns.

* Train apprentices on various aspects of the job.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or GED required.

* Two years of residential installation experience with solid references required.

* EPA and NATE certification preferred but not required.

* Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

* Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
