The City of Pompano Beach is looking for a Crew Leader for the Lean Six Sigma Utility. This full-time position entails the maintenance and repair of wastewater lift stations and equipment. Candidates must have a high school diploma, Florida Wastewater Collection 'C' Certificate, and two years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include proactive service, adhering to safety protocols, and being available on-call.

Additional desired skills include proficiency in SCADA systems and effective communication. Work hours are 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with some weekends required.
