Auto Body Technician

Responsibilities

Handle all aspects of collision repair, from fender benders to frame rebuilds.

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision, no guesswork or shortcuts.
• Perform panel and structural work to bring vehicles back to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with accurate fit and finish.
• Work as a team with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain work area safety and cleanliness.

• At least two years of experience repairing and rebuilding vehicle collisions.
• Strong frame and structural knowledge – able to pull, straighten, and square up frames.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on tightened bolts, flawless welds, and accurate workmanship.
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude, collaborating effectively with other departments.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
