• Apply silicone and polyurethane sealants with a 20oz sausage gun (clean finish)
• Perform expansion joint control, damp proofing, and concrete repair
• Install below-grade waterproofing systems (bentonite, sheet applied, cementitious)
• Apply sheet- and fluid-applied systems — both hot and cold
• Install drainage, protection materials, and water-repellent coatings
• Support project set‑up, cleanup, and site safety

• 1+ year of waterproofing or general construction experience
• Carpentry skills preferred (not required)
• Must follow safety and fall protection guidelines
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders or elevated areas

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, some Saturdays as needed
