EC RUFF MARINE is looking for a full‑time Master Marine Technician to support diverse marine vessel maintenance and installations across South Florida. Candidates must be highly motivated, organized, and energetic, with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record for company vehicle use. Must pass a drug screening.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, test, and perform service and maintenance on AC/DC marine electrical systems.
• Install and repair davits, swim platforms, thrusters, underwater lights, and other marine vessel components.
• Install, test, adjust, and troubleshoot motors, components, and safety switches (12V/24V DC, 115/220AC).
• Work independently in tight spaces with little supervision, collaborating effectively with team members.
• Maintain detailed daily worksheets documenting services performed, parts used, and provide follow‑up recommendations.
• Travel throughout South Florida (West Palm Beach to the Florida Keys, east to west coast) and bring necessary tools.
• Respond to clients professionally and courteously.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a marine technician.
• Certifications in Hydraulics, Thrusters, or Marine Service preferred; a Marine Technician certification is a plus.
• High school diploma.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility to work in the US.
• Excellent time and performance management skills.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

• Competitive wages based on experience ($60,000–$65,000 per year).

Compensation: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour.
