• Follow a route schedule and daily operation plan within an assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each customer’s location.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain its cleanliness.
• Conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Serve as a problem solver for each customer, using empathy to listen and recommend efficient, innovative solutions.
• Meet with customers in their businesses or homes to explain actions taken, ensure satisfaction, and discuss additional services for their peace of mind.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s property—training will cover all procedures.
• Communicate with customers to explain actions taken, ensuring satisfaction and discussing additional opportunities.
• Complete all required service‑related documentation on a handheld device for speed and accuracy.

• No experience required—training provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work independently in the field, manage route‑based assignments, and interact with customers in businesses and/or homes.

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform duties with or without accommodations:

• Safely use a ladder within manufacturer weight capacity.
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including OSHA‑compliant respirator when required.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
