Facilities Maintenance Associate

Pet Paradise Resort is seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Associate to perform general maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repair work for our resort.

This position will service BOTH Ft. Lauderdale and Coconut Creek Resorts.

Hourly Rate of $18 - $25.00 per hour, plus a monthly car allowance

Daily Pay Available with On Demand Pay

Required Qualifications:

• Two to Four years of related experience
• Must have own vehicle
• Must have Valid Driver's License
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly
• HVAC Certification
• Must maintain personal automobile insurance with minimum liability coverage limits as outlined in Company's Employee Driver Policy
• Must pass a background check including criminal record

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience and knowledge HVAC, Carpentry, Painting, Plumbing and General Repairs
• Certification in one or more areas via a technical school or other specialized school
