We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician at Redline Bimmer Performance, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality repairs, maintenance, and performance enhancements for our customers' BMW vehicles.

• Perform a wide range of diagnostic, repair, and maintenance tasks on BMW vehicles, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Service Writer and customers to understand vehicle issues and provide clear explanations of necessary repairs and estimated costs.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and software to identify issues and provide accurate solutions.
• Conduct routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections, following manufacturer’s guidelines.
• Install, inspect, and repair various components, systems, and accessories, such as engines, transmissions, suspension, and electrical systems.
• Perform performance upgrades and modifications as per customer requests, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest BMW models, features, and technical specifications to provide informed service recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols and guidelines.
• Test‑drive vehicles after repairs to ensure proper functionality and identify any additional issues.
• Document all repairs, services, and parts used accurately for record‑keeping purposes.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in automotive technology is required.
• Proven experience as an automotive service technician, with specific experience working on BMW vehicles required.
• Strong diagnostic skills and proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Solid communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and customers.
• Physical stamina to perform manual tasks and lift heavy equipment as needed.
