Perform preventive maintenance and repairs throughout the facility;
Maintain, repair, and replace gaming table layouts as instructed by supervisor;
Knowledge of HVAC system, alarm system, and generators;
Perform mid-level to advanced painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry and other maintenance projects;
Assist with creating preventive maintenance schedule and follow it
