Industrial Maintenance Technician

Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team in Pompano Beach, FL. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of industrial machinery and equipment.

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.

Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

Collaborate with production teams to address equipment malfunctions and improve processes.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.

Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Assist in the installation of new equipment and upgrades as needed.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance preferred.

Proven experience as an industrial maintenance technician or similar role.

Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
