Baron Manufacturing is currently seeking a highly organized and experienced Field Director of Millwork Installation to join our team with minimal supervision. This role is responsible for leading field operations, coordinating installation crew and materials, ensuring safety on site, and maintaining schedules. The ideal candidate has a strong background in millwork installation, exceptional leadership and communication skills, and the ability to troubleshoot on‑site issues.

Our work earned us a loyal rapidly expanding customer base, including many prestigious properties and five‑star establishments such as the Ritz‑Carlton, Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, and Nassau International Airport.

Responsibilities- Oversee day‑to‑day field operations for millwork installation projects, ensuring work is completed on schedule
- Manage and coordinate installation team
- Conduct site inspections to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with project specifications
- Proficiency in reading and applying architectural/interior design drawings and blueprints
- Collaborate with project managers, GC representatives, and the office team to provide updates and maintain clear communication
- 4+ years of experience in millwork or architectural woodworking installation, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role
- Proven ability to manage and lead field teams in a complex construction environment
- Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of millwork fabrication, shop drawings, and field installation practices
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Must be able to read and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Own dependable transportation and a valid driver's license to travel to job sites
- Pass drug testing and background check
- Must live in South Florida in the tri‑county (Miami‑Dade, Broward, or Palm Beach)
- Health insurance

- 8‑hour shift (7:30 AM‑4:00 PM)
- Monday‑Friday
- May have to work some weekends
